Not if they had been permanently transferred.  Chickamauga counts  because 
Longstreet's corps was only temporarily transferred to Bragg's  command.

Would you  consider Gen. Colquitts command at 0lustee to have been a prt of
the ANV  dating back to their Virginia stint around Richmond in 1862?
