GDG- Money and secession

[Jack Lawrence]

I count rebelliions. I mean,  if it belongs to the country and someone tries 
to take it somewhere else internally, it is the same thing.

I do not count New York or South Carolina.

They never got to that point.

I guess you could call Utah an invasion.
