I'll bet if we let the borough know that there was extra dirt available to dump over at Rock Creek, they would be over scooping it up in the morning.

>I would bet not. it's been there since the 30's and someone would start a drive to stop it's removal on historic grounds. then you's need a congressional hearing, an environmental impact study and a couple of senators in your pocket.
